Our history
Let’s start with my grandfather Josep. As a child, as I was rummaging through Grandma’s attic, I found a manuscript with drawings of my grandfather studying tailoring, and among the leaves a bunch of very old, tattered scraps that seemed magical to me were candy recipes. With the help of my mother La Conxita, we started making those recipes, gingerbread, carquinyolis, ensaimadas and nun farts, among others. My passion for cooking was born from those afternoons.
At home my mothers-in-law in Maçanet de la Selva had a vegetable garden where they grew a lot of fruit and vegetables and Victoria made some exceptional preserves, with her I learned how to make the first jams.
Until one day I decided to make my passion my small business.
